Email Sync allows integration between Rootnet and email clients. Users use their preferred email accounts to create and modify among other workflows, tasks and tickets within the Rootnet ecosystem. An email is sent to an account configured in mail sync and this triggers an automatic process that ends up creating a Rootnet entry like a support ticket, workflow, or a task linked to a project.
